Course Description

Introduces a neuro-somatic Parts paradigm centered on the Mindful Dual Attention Skill Set—a practical, trainable integration of mindfulness and clinical presence. Distinct from IFS and grounded in relational neuroscience, this approach helps EMDR and non-EMDR therapists identify and engage implicit Parts—including active defense and child Parts—across the “three brains” for lasting integration.

EMDR therapists will learn to strengthen Dual Attention early (Phases 1–2) and effectively use Parts-Based Interweaves in Phase 4.
